South Gloucestershire Community Hub Team
We’re a community development organisation, bringing people together to build strong communities. Since 1988, we’ve been working with people of all ages to help them live happy, healthy lives.
We are one of three Community Transport organisations in South Glos. We provide accessible transport for those that cannot access public transport. This could be due to mobility, living in a rural area so no access to a bus stop, or a person may be unable to walk to a bus stop. We can also help where public transport cannot. Passengers need to register with us to use our service. We run 5 days a week from 07:30-17:00/5pm, and have several services. We cover a large area of South Glos, Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Old Sodbury, Tormarton, Westerleigh, Iron Acton, Rangeworthy, Wickwar, Cromhall, Frampton Cotterell, Coalpit Heath, Winterbourne, Winterbourne Down, Pucklechurch, Emersons Green and those places in between! We have a map on our website so you can view the area we transport passengers from. We travel outside of this area, e.g to Bristol Hospitals as well as Southmead, and Royal United Hospital in Bath. Please head to our website for more information as well as being able to download a registration form: We also have a Facebook page where we share local information that may also benefit our passengers:
